1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 30, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The specification of the claim is as indicated in the annexed Form No. 208(3) of the Civil Procedure Act. However, the “creditor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor” to be the “Defendant” (On the other hand, the Plaintiff appeared on the date of pleading in this case and reduced the claimed principal amount to KRW 45,00,000 on the ground that he was repaid by the Defendant).
