A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 02:00 on September 21, 2018, the Defendant instructed the direction of the vehicle to run without informing the victim B (the age of 57) C taxi of accurate destination on the road located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Do. On the same day, around 02:15, the said taxi used the victim’s right side side and part of the 119 Safety Center prior to the Seoul Jongno-gu 455 Newyoung-gu 119 Safety Center without any justifiable reason.
As a result, the Defendant abused the victim on driving, and inflicted an injury on the right dog, such as the right dog, which requires treatment for about two weeks.
2. At around 02:40 on September 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) arrested a police officer, such as the police officer F of the Seoul Jongno-gu Police Station Ebox, on the front side of Jongno-gu Seoul, for the same reason as paragraph (1) on the front of the road; (b) was arrested as a flagrant offender; (c) was aboard the patrol police officer, who was the patrol police officer
At around 03:35 of the same day, the Defendant sent the police patrol unit to the front of the H bank located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, who was escorted the Defendant, his body part, such as a slope I’s face, hair, shoulder, etc., belonging to the said police box.
As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention, suppression, investigation, etc. of police officers.

1. Of concurrent crimes, punishment under the former part of Article 37, Article 38(1)2 and Article 50 of the Criminal Act is added.
