On July 29, 2014, around 02:40 on around 02:40, the Defendant, at around December 2013, against the victim C (the 50-year-old) in the South-west Navy B, expressed the victim a kitchen, which is a dangerous thing that the victim did not go against his/her death, in his/her hand, a kitchen (the 32 cm length and 20 cm length of the knife) that he/she would find the victim and threaten the victim by having the victim go against his/her name by getting him/her to die.
