1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and incidental appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) are dismissed.

Reasons
The court's explanation on this case is the same as the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing this as it is in accordance with Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Therefore, the judgment of the first instance court is justifiable, and all the plaintiff's appeal and the defendant's incidental appeal are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
