Text
1. The defendant shall pay 34,650,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from August 16, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: From June 1, 2019, 12% per annum as stipulated in the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768) shall apply.
