1. The defendant shall deliver to the plaintiff the apartment as stated in the attached list.

Reasons

1. On May 28, 2018, an International Asset Trust Co., Ltd. with the indication of the claim, the Plaintiff sold apartment buildings listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant apartment buildings”) to KRW 245,70,000 in the purchase price for the Plaintiff at KRW 245,70,00, in full, and on June 26, 2018, the transfer of ownership was registered for the above apartment without the title as of the date of closing argument in the instant case.
