1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 87,950,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 21, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim: (a) the Plaintiff, at the request of the Defendant from May 29, 2009 to May 23, 2013, remitted to the account under the name of the Defendant for the purpose of incorporation fund or business fund, automobile purchase fund, etc.; (b) 43,150,000 won lent to the account in the name of the Defendant’s name; (c) 40,000,000 won lent to the account in the name of the Defendant’s name; and (d) 7,70,000,000 won lent to the account in the name of the Defendant’s name; and (d) 25,850,000 won loaned to the account in the name of Y and lent to the account in the name of Y and 115,850,000 won in total; and
