1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 53,379,180 as well as KRW 25,661,441 among them, from May 12, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Grounds for recognition: Entries in the evidence of subparagraphs A through 6 and the purport of whole pleadings, and judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
