2. Determination
A. Although the defendant alleged that he paid the above loan, the defendant claimed that he paid the above loan amount of KRW 5,00,000 on March 16, 2006, KRW 5,100,000 on March 31, 2006, KRW 30,000 on May 8, 2006, KRW 30,000 on September 3, 2010, and KRW 43,10,000,000 on September 8, 2010, the defendant argued that he paid the loan amount of KRW 30,00,00,000 on November 4, 1994, KRW 10,000,000 on April 22, 200, KRW 10,000 on September 23, 200, and each of the above arguments is without merit.
3. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is accepted as reasonable.
