No person engaged in the conclusion or solicitation of "2016 Highest 11" insurance contracts shall provide or promise to provide insurance policyholders or the insured with special benefits, such as large payment of insurance premiums, in connection with the conclusion or solicitation thereof.

Defendant

A is an insurance solicitor belonging to "G insurance agency," which is an exclusive insurance agency for Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd.

1. On November 30, 2012, the above Defendant, at the above agency office located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H building, issued KRW 172,589,511 of the premium to be borne by the said foundation in order to obtain profits from the performance of contract solicitation, such as insurance fees received from an insurance company, in relation to the “VIP social non-distribution 1-type insurance” of which the contract was concluded by the said Defendant, and entered into a contract under the name of the said foundation.

In addition, from the above date and time to April 1, 2013, the above Defendant granted KRW 732,089,511 in total to the said Foundation by the aforementioned method seven times, such as 1 to 7 attached crime sight table (A).

As a result, the above defendant provided special benefits for insurance premium payments to insurance contractors in relation to the conclusion of insurance contracts.

2. On January 30, 2013, the above Defendant: (a) purchased 24 of the above Defendant’s 20130,763,000 insurance premium to be borne by the said Foundation in order to obtain profits based on the performance of contract solicitation, such as insurance fees received from an insurance company in relation to the “VIP social non-distribution 1 type insurance”, which was solicited by the said Defendant at the above agency office and concluded a contract; and (b) issued 130,763,000 insurance premium to be borne by the said Foundation to the account in the name of the said Foundation as shown in the list of crimes (A) No. 8.

As a result, the above defendant provided special benefits for insurance premium payments to insurance contractors in relation to the conclusion of insurance contracts.
