except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant and the victim B(n, 43 years old) are in a de facto marital relationship, living together for 15 years in Chungcheongnam-gun Hong-gun C.

1. From around 00:00 on March 25, 2018 to around 01:00, the Defendant collected a knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife, knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife, knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knif.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

2. On April 18, 2019, at around 00:45, the Defendant: (a) when the victim was accommodated in Da and 2nd floor, was in front of “E” in the operation of the victim boarding and lodging the board and lodging, the Defendant: (b) discovered the victim’s vehicle parked therein; and (c) suspected that the victim was going out; and (d) went back to the beauty room after the Defendant lost the function of the cosmetic by exposing the corrective device of the cosmetic entrance of the drunk, and went back to the beauty room.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

In the course of intrusion into the beauty room of the victim’s operation at the date, time, and place mentioned in paragraph (2), the Defendant destroyed the property owned by the victim three times from March 8, 2016 to April 18, 2019, including: (a) the Defendant lost the function of 150,000 won of the market price; (b) the opening door of the beauty room at the market price was opened several times; (c) continuously opened inside the beauty room and opened up the screen of the market price; and (d) the Defendant destroyed two cosmetics at the market price of KRW 100,000 from March 8, 2016 to April 18, 2019.
