1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On August 11, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 17:20, while under the influence of alcohol 0.159% (Application of the F mark) with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.159% (the application of the F mark), and led the street ahead of the “E Beauty Room” located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D to the non-permanent hospital distance in the direction of the city death distance.
