A. The Plaintiff is a corporation entrusted with industrial accident compensation insurance affairs by the Minister of Employment and Labor pursuant to the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (hereinafter “Industrial Accident Insurance Act”), and B and C are employees of the D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) affiliated with the industrial accident compensation insurance subscribers under the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act.

B. E is the driver of the F Twitter (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”), and the Defendant is the mutual aider who entered into a motor vehicle mutual aid contract for the Defendant vehicle.

C. E. By May 11, 2015, the Plaintiff recognized the instant accident as an occupational accident, and paid KRW 16,136,870 of temporary layoff benefits, including KRW 6,902,520, and KRW 9,234,350 of medical care benefits; KRW 32,239,780 of medical care benefits; KRW 28,089,410 of medical care benefits; and KRW 90,509,410 of disability benefits, respectively, until March 13, 2017.
