1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

Punishment of the crime
Defendants are the paper members of the “Class D”, and Defendant A and Defendant B are the temporary villages, and Defendant C are the children of Defendant B.
around November 2015, the Defendants owned 4/5 of the shares of D clan D (the representative E; hereinafter referred to as “D clan”) and owned 1/5 of the shares of F Species F (the representative G; hereinafter referred to as “F Species”) and owned 1/3 of the shares of H H forest and D race, and held 1/3 of the shares of F Species F, the name or representative of the said clan was not changed, and there was no fact that F Species C intended to dispose of the said forest and land in its possession, and there was no fact that it was intended to dispose of the said forest and land in its possession. On November 26, 2015, the Defendants prepared a general meeting resolution to change the name of the clan into a NJ (hereinafter referred to as “NJ”) while attending the meeting of 70,000 members, such as Defendants and J, K, L, M, etc., of F clans, without a notice of convening a general meeting for the members of the F clans.
On December 4, 2015, the Defendants continued to prepare a general meeting resolution with the contents that the name of the clan shall be changed to "PJ" (hereinafter "PJ") and the representative of the clan shall be changed to "C" without a notice of call-up to the general meeting of the victim D's clans from among D's family members, and that the representative of the clan shall be changed to "C" without a notice of call-up to the general meeting of the victims.
On the other hand, Defendant A and Defendant B play a role in preparing articles of association and minutes and notifying the members of the above clans present while leading to the change of the name of clans and the name of representative, and Defendant B and Defendant C are registered titleholders.
