On January 19, 201, the Defendant’s mother-friendly F obtained a favorable judgment against the victim to remove the instant housing located on the land owned by F, 41m2, by filing a lawsuit for the removal of the instant housing (No. 2010 Ghana 4895) with the Gangwon District Court’s Gangwon District Court (hereinafter “Seoul District Court”) on January 19, 201. On July 4, 2012, the said court received a favorable decision to remove the instant housing located on the F’s land.

The Defendant knew that he was carrying on the “business of removing and supporting the roof of asbestos slate in 2015” at the Gangnam Viewing and sentenced to the removal of the entire roof of the instant house by using the Gangnam Viewing and viewing.

On April 3, 2015, the Defendant submitted an application to remove the roof of the instant house to G, who is a public official in charge of the circulation of the resources of Gangnam Viewers, “In submitting an application to support the removal of the roof of the instant house and a written decision of the court, etc., the Defendant did not contact with the victim, who is the owner of the instant house, at present, and the victim went to flee, and accordingly, submitted an application to remove the roof of the instant house with the money inside the house.”

However, even though the defendant did not have the authority to substitute the alternative execution clause because he was not an execution officer, the defendant presented the above court decision to the public official in charge, and deceiving the public official in charge as he had the authority to remove the whole roof of the house of this case.

The Korea Environment Corporation, upon receipt of a request for the removal of the roof from the Gangnam Viewers, shall select the “H” located in the Iron-gun as the roof removal company of the instant house, and on April 29, 2015, the instant house shall be the sum of the market prices owned by the victim around 10:00 and around 22,132,000 won.
