1. Of the land size of 2,00 square meters in Gwangju City, the Defendant indicated in the attached Form 31, 32, 33, 76, 75, 74, 73, 72, 71, 70, 69, among the land size of 2,00 square meters in Gwangju City.

Reasons

1. In full view of the reasoning of the judgment as to the cause of the claim Gap evidence No. 1 and the purport of the argument as a result of the survey and appraisal on the Mayor of Gwangju District Office of Korea Land and Information Corporation, the plaintiff is an owner of 6,521.6/40 shares in the road indicated in the order of the court, and the defendant, without permission, bears the duty to remove the part of the attached drawings No. 31,32, 33, 76, 75, 74, 73, 72, 71, 70, 69, 68, 67, 66, 66, 65, 30, and 31, which connects each of the above roads to the above roads without permission, on the part of 89 square meters in the "bbbb" section of the ship, and thus, the defendant has the duty to name the "b" part of the attached drawings of the above roads.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
