1. The defendant's marking 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 1 of the Attached Form 1 in Jeju-si D 119.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On April 1, 1962, the Defendant’s father E purchased D 119 square meters (the indication on the land ledger is the F. 393 square meters in Jeju city; hereinafter “instant land”). The Defendant’s father E purchased the land and completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 7, 1962.
The defendant was donated the land No. 1 from E on May 27, 1996 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 28, 1996.
B. On April 1, 1962, G purchased H large 770 square meters (hereinafter “second-party land”) at Jeju-si, and died on November 13, 1963 after completing the registration of ownership transfer on May 7, 1962. G’s heir, G’s heir, completed the registration of ownership transfer on February 11, 2010 due to the inheritance of property due to the agreement division.
The Plaintiffs are co-owners who purchased the instant land No. 2 from I on March 23, 2011 and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to one half of the shares on March 23, 2011, respectively.
C. On April 1, 1962, J purchased K large 327 square meters (63 square meters among them were merged from L land, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on February 25, 1994 due to sale and purchase on December 3, 1993; hereinafter “third land of this case”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 7, 1962, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 19, 191 on the third land of this case on the third land of this case on November 19, 191, and died on March 17, 2002 after the registration of ownership transfer was completed.
On June 27, 2002, Plaintiff A, the heir of J, is the owner who completed the registration of ownership transfer due to inheritance of the land and housing No. 3 in this case.
Of the land No. 2 of this case, an unauthorized house with a size of 46 square meters as the site (hereinafter “land No. 2”) is located in the lower part of the lower part of the parallel shape among the land No. 2 of this case. The north edge of the land No. 2 of this case is adjacent in order to the lower part of the land No. 1 of this case at Jeju and the lower part of the land No. 1 of this case.
