No person who stores or displays fishery products for the purpose of selling shall falsely indicate the place of origin.

On September 27, 2013, the Defendant purchased and sold one kilogram of the openings of China from C fishery located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, and stored and displayed the remainder 500g of the openings of China for sale in Darnasium operated by the Defendant, and falsely indicated the origin in Korea.
