If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

1. A thief: (a) around 06:0 on January 12, 2013, the Defendant: (b) cut off the above handbag in the “D” coffee shop located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (c) 1 mobile phones (SKYO5) with the market price of KRW 900,000,000; and (d) 80,000,000,000,000 won, including one cell phone (SYNO5) and two credit cards of the national bank.

2. On January 12, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) ordered 3,900 won of the market price to the above coffee employees who were unable to know their names at the coffee shop set forth in paragraph (1) and (b) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to that amount by allowing the Defendant to prepare a sales slip of 3,900 won of the credit card sales slip (credit card No. G) and issuing a stolen credit card to the employees of the said coffee shop, by deceiving the employees of the said coffee shop to pay 3,90 won of the market price; and (c) allowing the Defendant to use the stolen credit card sales slip No. 3,900, by inducing the Defendant to pay 3,900 won of the price.
