Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
A person who intends to construct or repair a building shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of National Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and shall construct or repair a building as permitted.
Nevertheless, on April 17, 2017, the Defendant illegally extended a space equivalent to 32 square meters on the fifth floor on the fifth floor without obtaining permission from the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Defendant B.
