1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 25% per annum from December 10, 2012 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff seeking payment of the loan principal and part of interest thereon on the ground that the Plaintiff, on December 26, 2006, lent KRW 25,000,000 to the Defendant at interest rate of 36% per annum.
