1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 6, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claims for loans of KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant with the indication of claims on April 30, 2013, and damages for delay from the day following the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case to the day of complete payment (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
