A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months, by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Defendant

A is a person who engages in real estate brokerage in the name of "I" in Gwangju Northern-gu H, and Defendant B is the J branch of the Association of Persons with Disabilities in Gwangju, and Defendant C is the K branch of the Association of Persons with Disabilities in Gwangju.

In comparison with the general supply of apartment houses, the Defendants were willing to receive honorariums for the disabled who have no intention or ability to be supplied with the actual apartment, and to share the proceeds from the resale after being provided with the special qualification and name of apartment.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint criminal conduct offered to Defendant B “When winning the special sale of disabled persons, they may sell them with the right to sell them.” Defendant B transferred documents necessary for the special supply of disabled M and N’s disabled persons belonging to the above branch to Defendant A, and Defendant A received a special supply of the above M and N’s apartment sales office around May 21, 2013 in the same name as the former apartment sales office around June 2, 2013, by offering the special supply of the above M and N’s housing under the name of the former apartment sales office from November 27, 2012 to June 2014, 2012, as well as the supply of the above apartment units from November 27, 2012 to June 21, 2014.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to acquire housing by false or other unlawful means.
