1. The defendant shall pay 98,211,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 13, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
The Plaintiff loaned KRW 98,211,000,00 in total on 22 occasions from January 19, 2015 to December 23, 2015, as shown in the attached Table lending details.
(A) Evidence Nos. 1 and 2, and the purport of the entire pleadings. Accordingly, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the loan amounting to KRW 98,211,00 and damages for delay after June 13, 2019, as sought by the Plaintiff, on the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order.
