Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment and the evidence duly admitted and examined by the first instance court, it is justifiable to maintain the first instance judgment convicting all the facts charged of the instant case on the grounds indicated in its reasoning.

There is no illegality of violating the principle of evidence judgment and presumption of innocence, or misunderstanding of facts beyond the limit of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
