2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The pertinent Plaintiff is a person operating “D”, and Defendant B was an employee of the Plaintiff.

Defendant C is the seat of Defendant B.

B. On December 3, 2012, Nonparty F, the manufacturer leader of Nonparty E Co., Ltd.
