In fact, the Defendant: (a) did not conclude a party check with the Bupyeong-dong Branch of Busan Bank; (b) did not call a party check with the Busan Bank; (c) issued a party check in the name of D Co., Ltd. that the Defendant was registered as the representative director; and (d) received the alcohol price by means of paying the above-mentioned number check after drinking alcohol at the main point.

1. Violation of the Control of Illegal Check Control Act; and

A. In 200, the Defendant issued the above check on the face value column of the Busan Bank's unit value table ( check No. E), "F,3,000,000", and "F, Jan. 15, 2000" on the date of issuance, and after affixing the name tag "D Co., Ltd. A" on the issuer's column, the Defendant issued the check at the same date and at the same place as above, "F,20,000,000," with the representative director's seal affixed thereon. The Defendant issued the check at the same date and at the same place as above, "D Co., Ltd. A" on the issuer's column "F, 220,000,00."

C. On February 25, 2000, the Defendant issued the check on February 26, 200 after affixing the name tag "D Co., Ltd. A" to the issuer column on February 26, 2000 on the face value column of the shares sheet ( check number I) of the Busan Bank in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and on the date of issuance, after affixing the name tag "A," the representative director A" to the issuer column. D. On February 29, 2000, the Defendant issued the check on February 26, 200 on the face value column of the shares sheet ( check number M) of the Busan Bank in Busan, Daegu, Busan, the Defendant issued the check on February 29, 200 on the face value column of the shares sheet ( check number M) of the Busan, and on March 3, 200 and on the issue date column "after affixing the representative director on March 26, 200."
