On October 1, 2015, the rate of damages for delay exceeding 15% per annum is changed from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum from the day after the day when the complaint of this case was served on the defendant with respect to KRW 35,719,676 of the Plaintiff’s claim to dismiss the part, and thus, the damages for delay exceeding 15% per annum is dismissed.
