A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the execution of punishment shall be suspended.
Punishment of the crime
On March 5, 2016, the Defendant did not pay a penalty of KRW 383,040, and did not pay a penalty of KRW 383,040 to the Defendant’s wife and held the front registration number of the car in custody, which is the B, to forge it and attach it to the said car.
1. Around March 15, 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act due to fabrication of air sign, and fabrication of a registration number plate, from the printing company of “E” operated by the Defendant in Mayang-nam, to the Defendant’s cell phone, followed the said car by the Defendant’s cell phone, and printed it on the paper of size of 520 meters wide and 110 meters long.
For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one motor vehicle registration number plate, which is a symbol of public offices.
