Punishment of the crime
1. On September 11, 2008, the Defendant was subject to a disposition to transfer juvenile protection cases due to special larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Public Prosecutor's Office (hereinafter "Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor's Office") on November 23, 2009, and was subject to a disposition to transfer juvenile protection cases due to larceny, etc. at the Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor's Office (hereinafter "Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor's Office") on December 22, 2009. On February 11, 2010, the Defendant was subject to a disposition to transfer juvenile protection cases due to larceny, etc. at the Gwangju Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor's Office (hereinafter "Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor's Office"), and was subject to a disposition to transfer juvenile protection cases due to larceny from the Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor's Office (hereinafter "Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor's Office") on February 16, 201. On March 7, 2011, the Defendant was subject to a disposition to receive juvenile protection cases due to special larceny, etc.
On October 17:00 on October 17, 2013, the Defendant cited and stolen 2.30,000 won in cash, which the victim was placed on the carcter by taking advantage of the gap in the victim’s business preparation, as well as 2.3 million won in cash, LG credit card 1, BC credit card 1, 2C credit card 1, 2C credit card 1, and 1 driver’s license.
In addition, the Defendant habitually stolen money and valuables amounting to KRW 11,960,000 in total in 16 times as shown in the annexed crime list between September 8, 2013 and December 11, 2013.
2. On September 8, 2013, around 20:30 on September 20, 2013, the Defendant abused the victim’s face face 30 times by hand, and assaulted the victim one to two times on the part of the victim, on the front side of the monthly elementary school located in 280, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong 280.
