1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B shall be KRW 81,100,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 28, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The reason of claims is stated in the attached Table, except in cases where the right of participation of creditors is deemed to be the group of plaintiffs', the right of participation of debtors is deemed to be the group of defendants'';
(2) On October 20, 2015, the Plaintiff, at the date of pleading, reduced the interest rate on the part of the claim for delay from the day after the delivery of the complaint to the day of full payment to 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Act No. 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
