1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and KRW 20,000 among them, from November 21, 1997 to January 13, 1998.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: Claim for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the claim on the payment order dated April 7, 2006 by the Seoul Eastern District Court; and
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
