On August 3, 2012, the Defendant received an order to register personal information on suspicion of forced indecent conduct, and registered with the complete police station.

Where any personal information submitted to a person who has obtained the registration of personal information is changed, the defendant shall submit a written change of personal information within 20 days from the date on which the reason for such change and details of the change

On December 19, 2016, the Defendant purchased and registered multi-vehicle Mab B, and failed to submit a written change of personal information to the complete police station that manages the Defendant by June 3, 2017, in excess of January 7, 2017, which is the deadline for submitting the change.
