The parties to the basic facts are companies engaged in indoor decoration business, etc., and the plaintiff was employed as the defendant's director from November 26, 2003 established by the defendant and was employed as the representative director from February 10, 2010 to November 26, 2015.
C served as the defendant's director from November 26, 2003 due to the plaintiff's friendship, and served as the representative director from November 26, 2006 to January 12, 2015.
