Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

At around 19:10 on January 17, 2013, the Defendant driven the Jinju Police Station, the Dogdong Police Station, the Dogdong-gu, the Dogdong-gu, the Dogdong-gu, the Dogdong-gu, the 500m of alcohol level 0.1% under the influence of alcohol level 0.1%.
