1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 38,758,289 and KRW 36,00,000 among them, per annum from August 11, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 38,758,289 and KRW 36,00,000,00 per annum from August 11, 2016 to the date of full payment, and thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
