If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

1. On October 28, 2016, the Defendant refused to leave, within the victim C’s house located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Seoul-si, 211 Dong 401, Dong 211, Dong 401, and on the ground that the Defendant loaned money to the husband of the victim, but did not receive payment, “Adoler, Ados and talks.”

It was demanded to make the disturbance from the victim of the harm by harming the disturbance.

However, the defendant did not comply with the request for the withdrawal of the victim, and the defendant did not comply with the request until the police officer dispatched by the report of the victim until 21:20 on the same day arrives, and he did not comply with the request without justifiable reasons.

2. On October 28, 2016, the Defendant, at around 21:20 on October 28, 2016, assaulted the victim by causing a disturbance as above at the house of the above victim C (V, 55 years of age), resulting in a demand from the injured person, by taking the head of the injured person’s hair, by hand, and by hand.

3. On October 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) caused disturbance at the House of the said House of the said House; (b) caused the disturbance as above; and (c) the police officer affiliated with the police box of the Gyeonggi-do Police Station, which was called upon 112, attempted to arrest the Defendant as a current offender; and (d) entered the said House one time to ask the victim E (30 years old) about two-time medical treatment.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention, suppression, investigation, etc. of the above police officers, and inflicted injury on the victim at the same time.
