A shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, with respect to Defendant A, the period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

A. On January 17, 2017, thief Defendant A, upon intrusion upon the victim F’s residence in 18:20 on January 17, 2017, 2017, thief, with a total of 30,00 won of the market price owned by the victim under the floor, thief and 2 nda.

B. On September 2016, 2016, thief Defendant A was stolen with one hand, having 10,000 won or more at the market price owned by the victim F, which was finished at the place specified in paragraph (1) around September 2016.

A. From around 23:00 on December 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim’s 0.52kg from the victim’s market price owned by the victim’s G in the I ginseng dry field located in Seosan-si; (b) from around 23:30 on December 31, 2016 to around 02:0 on January 1, 2017, the Defendant used the victim’s 1.9kg of ginseng owned by the victim’s G from around 66,50 to around 66:0 on June 20, 201; (c) cut off the victim’s 1.9kg of ginseng from around 20:20 on January 20, 2017 to around 36:5 of the victim’s market price owned by the said ginseng dry field; and (d) cut the victim’s 25g from around 304:50 on the same day.

B. On April 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the Victim K, carrying one of the 50,000 won in bulk at the market price set up in the victim K in front of the M cafeteria located in Seosan-si L on April 13, 2017, and stolen the Defendant’s N truck.

3. On June 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by loading at the front end of a P cafeteria located in Seosan-si (O) around 08:50 on June 17, 2017, at the victim Q Q owned market value equivalent to KRW 60,000,000 in the victim Q Q owned.
