A is the owner of the franchise vehicle, D is the owner of the foregoing vehicle, and the defendant B is the driver of the E Cruiser Pruiser vehicle.

As a result, Defendants and D conspiredd to deceiving the victim and acquired the above KRW 710,640 by receiving the payment.
