1. Of the distribution schedule prepared on August 9, 2016 by the said court with respect to the case of the voluntary auction of real estate B by the Gwangju District Court.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of this Act (a judgment of confessions made by non-appearance, and the defendant only submitted a formal reply with the content of the written complaint delivered by the defendant, and no subsequent written reply was presented at the date for pleading, and therefore, all of the plaintiff's allegations were led to confessions under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
