around 21:40 on February 16, 2014, the Defendant driven D Launa car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.183% at the section of approximately 10 meters from the “C” parking lot located in Seoyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City B to the “C front” road.
