A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 5, 2014, the Defendant committed indecent act by compulsion: (a) around 17:00, the Defendant discovered the victim D (man, 41 years of age) located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon to enter the said Schlage’s warehouse, and had the victim committed indecent act by compulsion.
After the defendant entered the victim into the above warehouse and closed the door, the defendant committed an indecent act on the victim's chest by using the victim's own floor and poss.
2.
