Punishment of the crime
On December 5, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daegu District Court on July 24, 2014, and was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daegu District Court on July 24, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at a settled prison on November 25, 2016.
1. On December 8, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a theft of 12,967,00 won in total owned by the victims over 15 times from the aforementioned date and time to January 30, 2017, after checking whether the first race was divided into the building C building 207, Nam-gu, Daegu, Daegu. Around 17:0, the Defendant attempted to habitually steals property of 12,967,000 won in total owned by the victims, and attempted to steals property of the victims over six times through six times.
As a result, the defendant was sentenced to punishment twice or more habitually due to larceny, and again attempted to steal or steal the victims' goods within three years after the execution of the punishment was completed.
2. On January 25, 2017, the Defendant infringed upon the residence of the victim F in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, about 17:00, and then invadedd the victim’s residence 11 times from December 8, 2016 to January 30, 2017, i.e., the list of crimes 1, 5, 9, 10, 13, 16 again and the list of crimes in the attached Table 2, i.e., the list of crimes 11 times from December 8, 2016 to January 30, 2017.
