A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Seized evidence Nos. 12 and 13 shall be confiscated.
Punishment of the crime
1. From around 06:10 on December 18, 2015 to around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) committed theft and intrusion upon a victim D’s house located in Daegu Northern-gu Seoul Northern-gu; (b) invaded the windows of the said house with the wooden steel mon in the vicinity, and invaded the said windows to the house inside the house by using the crepan; and (c) stolen with 2,920,00 won at the market price of the victim, who was in the head of the Ansanan-gu, the victim’s house located in the vicinity, and caused the theft with 7.920,000 won at the location of the victim, the victim’s house located in the Ansan-gu, he/she was located in the vicinity; and (d) invaded the other’s house by taking property at least 2,470,000 won in total eight times from around the same day to December 21, 2016.
2. Attempted theft and intrusion upon residence;
A. On June 1, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime from around 09:00 to around 16:00 on June 1, 2016, up to the 16:00, when the Victim F’s house located in Daegu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, came into the house of the victim F, and stolen property, and intrudes the victim’s residence through the gas pipe through the storage door, and intrudes the victim’s house, and does not have any money and valuables, but did not have any money and valuables.
B. On December 20, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime from around 13:00 to around 14:00 on December 20, 2016, to the gathering of the Victim H located in Daegu-gu G, Daegu-gu. As a result, the Defendant: (a) stolen property; (b) invaded the victim’s residence into the house through an open entrance door beyond the gas pipe, and intruded the victim’s house through an open entrance; and (c) discovered the victim and did not escape; and (d) did not commit an attempted crime.
3. On December 18, 2015, from around 06:10 to around 18:00, the Defendant damaged another’s property by destroying the windows of the said house in a wooden steel monll in the vicinity of the house in order to enter the said house and destroying the windows of the said house at the market price by destroying the windows of the said house. In addition, from around the above day to December 8, 2016, the Defendant damaged another’s property on three occasions in total, such as attached Table 2.
