1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 221,320,159 and the amount of KRW 219,065,652 from August 31, 2012 to the date of full payment.
The Plaintiff: (a) determined interest rate of September 5, 201 (interest rate of 19% per annum); (b) KRW 300 million per annum on September 21, 201 (interest rate of 19% per annum); and (c) loaned KRW 200 million per annum on September 21, 201 (interest rate of 19% per annum); and (d) on August 30, 2012, the obligation of KRW 221,370,159 (interest rate of 2221,370,59 (interest rate of 221,370,159) as of August 31, 201 and interest of KRW 219,65,65,652 as of August 31, 2012 remains, and thus, there is no dispute between the parties; (b) the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the interest rate of KRW 221,370,159 as well as delay damages calculated per annum from August 31, 2019.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
