On February 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of official duties for a period of two years due to interference with the execution of official duties in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon branch of the Daegu District Court, and appealed and is currently pending in the appellate court. On January 18, 2016, the Defendant was prosecuted for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Egressing Vehicles) in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon branch of the Daegu District Court on February 16, 2016. On February 16, 2016, the Defendant was prosecuted for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the same court on February 16, 2016. The two cases were combined, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 7, 2016, upon being sentenced to one year of a suspended execution

Criminal facts

1. On April 25, 2016, the Defendant paid KRW 58,000 in the food value of KRW 60,000 in the annual cash, i.e., the victim D (n.e., 54 years of age) and the cash receipt issued to the State Victim D (n. 54 years of age) to the State Victim and did not receive the money and the receipt.

When the Defendant was arrested as an offender in the crime of assault, he/she resisted to the police officer, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender by walking the H’s face on one occasion at the right side of the police officer G belt belonging to the old police station.
