【Criminal Facts】

1. On February 21, 2019, the Defendant: around 13:00 on February 21, 2019, entered the Busan KTX No. 253 train No. 4, which was in the atmosphere of 405, from the platform No. 105, as the Yongsan-gu Seoul Han River, and stolen a 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim within the outer input where the victim was negligent in diving due diligence by the victim B while the victim left the 6A window, by taking out the 80,000 won in cash owned by the victim, credit card No. 3, physical card No. 1, multiple card No. 1, and the 800,000 won in the market value containing a driver’s license.

2. On March 1, 2019, around 15:53, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was stolen by taking out one gate, which contains KRW 500,000 in cash, one resident registration certificate, one corporate card, and two credit cards, from the 9th platform in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, in order to bring the victim into the guest room in Busan, TX No. 145 train No. 1453, which was waiting in the atmosphere of 405, as the Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Busan, and caused the other victim to have neglected to exercise due diligence; and (b) taking the victim’s KRW 50,00 in cash, one resident registration certificate, one corporate card, and two credit cards.

3. Larceny on March 7, 2019

A. On March 7, 2019, around 13:15, 2019, the Defendant entered the passenger room of the Busan KTX No. 135 train No. 135-2, which was in the atmosphere of 405, located in the Han River of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and caused another victim to be placed above the 9C seat.
