A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car BK3 in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury prior to the risk).
On August 22, 2018, at around 23:55, the Defendant driven the said car, while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.165% in blood, while driving it on the road in front of the pool Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si at around 23:5, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car along two-lanes toward Seoul.

On the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant driven B K3 cars under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.165% from the 2km section of the blood alcohol level to the road front of the potteries of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, from the vicinity of the head of Kimpo-si in Kimpo-si to the pool of Kimpo-si.
