1. The Defendant’s KRW 54,00,000 as well as 6% per annum from November 6, 2014 to August 11, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

According to the overall purport of the statements and arguments by Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the plaintiff can recognize the fact that the plaintiff is a member of the defendant company on November 5, 2014, the membership fee of 54 million won and the expiration date of membership. The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 54 million won upon the expiration of the expiration date of the membership period and 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from November 6, 2014 to August 11, 2015, the delivery date of the original copy of the payment order of this case, and 20% per annum under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the former Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings until September 30, 2015 (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015); and 15% per annum interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
