The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

No person shall transfer or lease an authorized certificate to or from another person for the purpose of having it exercised with the intention of transferring or lending it to or from another person.

Co-defendant C is a person holding a passbook with which Co-defendant C can apply for the special supply of the 3 children of the flock. Co-defendant D of the summary order of this case is the defendant C, the defendant A was a person who was working as a subscriber for the subscription passbook, and the defendant B was a four-way line with the defendant A.

On June 2018, A accepted the offer passbook from Defendant B, “A will pay the subscription passbook to a person who is qualified to subscribe for the special supply of an apartment, such as a new and multi-child, and a multi-child,. According to the above public offering, D decided to contact the Defendant A to transfer the above authorized certificate, and D and C have the personal seal impression, family relation certificate, certificate of employment, certificate of personal seal impression, and seal imprint that Defendant A would pay the price if the winning was won in the apartment, at the “H coffee shop” located in Ansan-si around August 2018, 2018.
